Implementation status. This replacement draft is intended for Ferrari Radiators after Complianz Premium is installed, configured, and tested. It must be published only after the live cookie scan, script categorization, region rules, preference center, consent records, embedded-content controls, Global Privacy Control setting, and request workflow match the statements below.
1. Scope
This Cookie Policy explains how Ferrari Radiators uses cookies and similar technologies on FerrariRadiators.com. It should be read with our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, Shipping Policy, and Returns and Warranty Policy.
2. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
Cookies are small text files placed on a browser or device. Ferrari Radiators and its providers may also use pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, software-development kits, embedded-content controls, and similar technologies. These tools can support website operation, security, preferences, analytics, advertising measurement, fraud prevention, and delivery of requested services.
Some technologies are set by Ferrari Radiators. Others are set by third parties that provide a service on the Site. The exact technology inventory can change as the Site, vendors, checkout, forms, content, and consent configuration change.
3. Cookie Categories
Ferrari Radiators intends to use Complianz Premium to classify active technologies and present choices that are appropriate to the verified configuration and visitor region.
Strictly Necessary
Strictly Necessary technologies help provide a service that you request or support core website functions, security, network transmission, fraud prevention, shopping-cart operation, checkout, accessibility, and consent-preference storage. These technologies may remain active when they are necessary for the requested service or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Functional
Functional technologies may remember choices, support enhanced features, or enable optional services. Where applicable law requires consent, these technologies remain off until you choose to allow them through the active preference center.
Statistics and Analytics
Statistics and Analytics technologies may help Ferrari Radiators understand how visitors use the Site, diagnose performance, measure content, and improve the Site. Where applicable law requires consent, these technologies remain off until you choose to allow them.
Marketing and Advertising
Marketing and Advertising technologies may support advertising delivery, conversion measurement, audience measurement, social-media features, or cross-site measurement. Where applicable law requires consent or an opt-out, these technologies are controlled through the active preference configuration and applicable legal requirements.
4. Cookie Settings and Your Choices
When the Site displays Cookie Settings, Manage Preferences, Accept All, Reject All, or a similar control, you may use that control to review or change the available choices. You may withdraw or modify a choice at any time through the persistent Cookie Settings control after it is activated.
Your browser may also allow you to block, delete, or manage cookies. Browser controls can affect website features, consent records, checkout, shopping-cart operation, and saved preferences. Deleting cookies may cause the preference center to ask for a new choice.
Ferrari Radiators will not represent that an optional technology is blocked before consent, or that a preference center is persistent, until Complianz Premium has been configured and verified to provide that behavior for the relevant technology and region.
5. Cookie Scan, Detailed Inventory, and Providers
Complianz Premium can scan active technologies and maintain the detailed inventory used by the preference center. After the production scan is reviewed, Ferrari Radiators will maintain an accurate description of verified providers, purposes, categories, and applicable retention information through the active Cookie Settings experience or another verified policy disclosure.
The public Site has previously shown technology families associated with ecommerce and website operation, Google tag configuration, Pinterest-related measurement, WordPress and WooCommerce functions, Elementor, security, forms, payment and shipping processes, media delivery, and other third-party tools. A named provider or cookie will be added to the published inventory only after it is confirmed in an anonymous production scan and categorized in the live Complianz configuration.
6. Global Privacy Control and Similar Browser Signals
Some browsers or extensions transmit Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track, or similar signals. Global Privacy Control can communicate an opt-out preference under certain applicable laws.
Where applicable law requires recognition of a valid universal opt-out signal, and where Complianz Premium is configured and tested for that purpose, Ferrari Radiators will process the signal according to applicable law and the active configuration. The expected consent state for a recognized Global Privacy Control signal is functional-only, with optional tracking technologies controlled according to the active configuration.
If you believe a valid signal was not processed as expected, submit a request through the Ferrari Radiator Specialist contact form. Please identify the browser or device involved without sending passwords or full payment-card numbers.
7. Consent Records
Where enabled, Complianz Premium can maintain consent records that may include a browser-stored identifier, anonymized IP information, region, consent category choices, and timestamp. Ferrari Radiators will configure access, retention, deletion, backup, and proof-of-consent procedures consistent with its approved records schedule and applicable law.
Consent records are not intended to be used for unrelated marketing or profiling. If you submit a request about a consent record, use the Ferrari Radiator Specialist contact form. We may request information reasonably necessary to locate a record and verify the request.
8. Embedded Content and Third-Party Technologies
The Site may use third-party content or services, including payment, shipping, social-media, analytics, marketing, video, maps, fonts, media-delivery, and customer-support tools. These services can use their own technologies and operate under their own notices.
Complianz Premium can block or display a placeholder for configured scripts, URLs, iframes, and embedded content before consent where the active setup requires it. Ferrari Radiators will maintain and test the Script Center and integrated-service configuration for all identified optional technologies. If an embedded service is not activated because of your preference, some content or features may not be available until you change that preference.
9. Privacy Rights and Requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request information about personal-information processing, access, correction, deletion, portability, an opt-out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activity, or limits on certain uses of sensitive personal information.
To submit a cookie, privacy, consent, Global Privacy Control, or personal-information request, use the Ferrari Radiator Specialist contact form. Ferrari Radiators may need to verify a request, ask for additional information, or decline or limit a request where law permits. We do not require passwords or full payment-card numbers through the form.
10. Changes to This Cookie Policy
Ferrari Radiators may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the Site, vendors, cookie scan, legal requirements, consent configuration, or business practices. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the Last Updated date. Where applicable law requires a new choice or additional notice, we will use the appropriate preference or notice mechanism.
11. Contact
For questions or requests about cookies, preferences, consent records, privacy, browser signals, or this policy, use the Ferrari Radiator Specialist contact form. All inquiries are routed through that form.
