A website inquiry, contact form submission, email, telephone conversation, product discussion, preliminary price, technical suggestion, or feasibility statement is not a binding offer, production commitment, fitment guarantee, performance guarantee, or purchase agreement. A custom order, wholesale order, or technical support engagement becomes binding only when Ferrari Radiators issues or accepts a written quote, order confirmation, invoice, purchase order, or another transaction document that identifies the approved scope, product, quantity, price, payment, timing, shipping, warranty, and other applicable terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete vehicle, application, part number, model year, market, configuration, modification, intended use, contact, delivery, tax, and purchasing information. You represent that you have authority to request the information, approve the transaction, provide any vehicle or technical data, and bind the person or business identified in the transaction. Ferrari Radiators may rely on information you provide. You must promptly notify Ferrari Radiators if a material detail changes before production, fulfillment, or shipment. Ferrari Radiators may delay, revise, decline, or cancel a request where information is incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, incompatible, unlawful, unavailable, or materially different from the original request.

Ferrari Radiators may provide general product, fitment, installation, and technical support information based on information available at the time. This information is not a vehicle specific diagnosis, engineering opinion, installation authorization, road use certification, emissions certification, legal opinion, safety inspection, or guarantee of fitment, performance, durability, or a particular outcome. Vehicle compatibility can depend on model year, market, production date, trim, options, prior repairs, component revisions, vehicle condition, modifications, installation quality, and intended use. You remain responsible for confirming compatibility and suitability before purchase, installation, modification, or use.

Custom, made-to-order, special order, or bespoke products may require a deposit, design review, supplier commitment, production lead time, technical confirmation, or a written approval before work begins. Once Ferrari Radiators begins production, orders a non cancellable component, creates a custom design, commits a supplier, or otherwise enters an irreversible stage, the order may not be cancellable or refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in the transaction document. Changes requested after approval may affect price, timing, compatibility, freight, and warranty treatment. Ferrari Radiators is not required to accept a change and may require a revised written quote or approval before continuing.

A wholesale inquiry does not create a dealership, distributorship, agency, franchise, partnership, exclusivity right, resale authorization, trademark license, territory right, credit arrangement, or continuing supply obligation. Any wholesale terms, pricing, payment, minimum order, resale restriction, tax documentation, distribution, marketing permission, warranty handling, and termination rights must be stated in a written agreement accepted by Ferrari Radiators. A wholesale customer is responsible for accurate resale, product, fitment, safety, warranty, and marketing representations. A wholesale customer must not represent Ferrari Radiators as affiliated with Ferrari S.p.A. or another third party rights holder unless Ferrari Radiators expressly authorizes the representation in writing.

Custom and standard cooling system products should be installed, used, inspected, pressure tested, and maintained by qualified personnel using appropriate equipment, manufacturer procedures, safety practices, and applicable law. You are responsible for applicable vehicle, safety, emissions, road use, insurance, warranty, import, export, and other legal requirements. Ferrari Radiators may decline a request that appears unsafe, unlawful, incompatible, misleading, infringing, unsuitable for the described vehicle or intended use, or likely to create an unreasonable risk. Nothing in these Terms requires Ferrari Radiators to create, supply, or support a product or modification that is prohibited by law or outside its accepted scope.

If you submit drawings, photos, measurements, specifications, vehicle information, technical documents, designs, branding, or other materials, you represent that you have all rights, permissions, releases, and authority needed for Ferrari Radiators to use those materials for the requested evaluation, quote, design, production, fulfillment, or support. You retain rights you have in original submitted materials. You grant Ferrari Radiators a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to use, reproduce, adapt, transmit, and retain submitted materials as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, prepare or fulfill a transaction, provide support, protect rights and security, maintain records, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Ferrari Radiators retains all rights in its pre existing designs, tooling, specifications, product information, manufacturing methods, content, know how, and improvements, unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Payment, deposits, taxes, delivery, freight, cancellation, return, and warranty treatment are governed by the applicable written quote, order confirmation, invoice, Shipping Policy, Returns and Limited Warranty Policy, and applicable law. A custom order, special order, or wholesale transaction may have different terms from a standard online retail purchase when those terms are clearly disclosed and accepted before the transaction becomes binding. The five year limited seller warranty applies only as stated in the Returns and Limited Warranty Policy and product specific or transaction specific warranty materials. Ferrari Radiators does not provide reimbursement for third party labor, removal, installation, diagnostics, vehicle downtime, transportation, loss of use, or track event costs unless Ferrari Radiators expressly agrees in writing or applicable law requires a different result.

Independent developers, website creators, website operators, hosting providers, payment providers, and other technology providers may support Ferrari Radiators’ website and systems. They do not provide product design, technical advice, fitment approval, custom manufacturing, warranty determinations, or wholesale acceptance merely by providing technology or services to Ferrari Radiators. To the maximum extent permitted by law, such independent technology providers do not assume Ferrari Radiators’ product, technical support, custom order, or wholesale obligations merely by providing design, code, hosting, maintenance, technical support, consulting, or another tool or service. This statement does not limit a right or remedy that applicable law provides based on a person’s own conduct.
